These swing etudes, from the 40’s, are a compilation of our favourite etudes by Ben Paisner. His phrasing and interpretation exemplifies the period to a tee. In other words, he nails it! They are among the dozens, written for the David Gornston Library. Like Charles Colin, Dave Gornsten was considered among the pioneers of jazz education.
