The purpose of these exercises is to minimize facial and embouchure movement while maximizing focus on the diaphragmatic support of your air flow. When we breathe properly and focus on maintaining a focused embouchure, we are able to play effectively without fatigue and inefficiencies.
Each exercise is followed on the right hand side of the page with an inversion of itself. For the most productive practice, play 2 to 4 pairs in each section:
